second-shooting, first-rate fun

Can I just tell you how great it is to be a second shooter at a wedding? It's kind of perfect. There is no stress. I pack up my gear, meet up with a friend, enjoy being creative with my camera, and eat a really fabulous meal. Then I click some more, eat cake, get paid, and go home. Best. Day. Ever.
​I mean, how could it not be? Do you see how gorgeous these two are?

And the venue was amazing! Do you see that old railroad trestle in the background? How cool is that? Moon's Big Red Barn in Ulysses was a great host.

I cannot even begin to tell you how hard it was for me to not eat every single one of these chocolate-covered strawberries. Seriously. The one I had was the best chocolate-covered strawberry I'd ever eaten. And they were so beautiful!
