Puppy love... and more bubbles

First things first... I got my puppy fix tonight. I'm going to be sad once this puppy-sitting gig is up.

And then I tried Frozen Bubbles: Take Two

Sooo much easier with an assistant. Mom froze her fingers for the above.

And my nephew was happy to help as well. He said, "You know, Aunt Carrie, I never tried to blow bubbles in winter before."

I think he was more interested in watching them pop, but he held still long enough for these below. His favorite is the bottom one because he imagines a vortex or galaxy spinning on the top.
